Why a call to Barbados fails
The exit code is wrong for your country
Most callers dial their own exit code, then 1, 246, and the number. From the US and Canada, skip the exit code and dial 1 first, the same as a domestic long-distance call.
The number does not take calls from abroad
Barbados follows the North American Numbering Plan. A toll-free number that starts with 800 usually rings only for callers already in North America, and often will not connect from other regions.
