Suparelay Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Kollektiv LLC, which does business as Suparelay (“we”, “us”, “our”), is responsible for your personal data. This policy tells you which data we collect, why we collect it, and which rights you have.

Suparelay is for persons who are 18 years old or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

1. Data that we collect

  • Account data: your name, your email address, and the sign-in method that you use (an email code, Google, or Apple).
  • Call records: the phone number that you called, the time, the length, the result, and the charge of each call.
  • Payment records: the amount, the date, and the status of each payment, and your credit balance. Stripe collects your card data. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Email: the reply that you send to verify your email address, and the messages that you send to us.
  • Device and usage data: your IP address, browser type, the pages that you open, the actions that you do in the app, and error reports.
  • AI app requests: when you use Suparelay in ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI app, the app sends us the phone number or country that you ask about. We use it to return the price and to understand how the service is used. We cannot see the rest of your conversation.
  • Browser extension: the Suparelay extension for Chrome reads the pages that you open to find phone numbers on them, and it does this on your computer. It sends us one phone number only when you point at its call icon, to show the price, or when you click the icon or its menu item, to open Suparelay. It stores only the list of sites where you turned it off, in your Chrome profile. It does not send us page content or browsing history.

We do not record your calls, and we do not store their audio. The audio passes through our telephony provider only to connect the call.

2. How we use your data

  • To supply the service: to sign you in, to connect your calls, to charge the correct amount, and to show your history and balance
  • To process payments and to keep the records that tax and accounting laws require
  • To keep the service safe: to prevent fraud, abuse, and automated traffic
  • To answer your requests and to send you service messages, such as sign-in codes and receipts
  • To find errors and to understand how the service is used, so we can make it better

For users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the legal bases are: the contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in a safe and working service.

3. Who receives your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers that we need to run the service:

  • Telnyx, which connects your calls to the phone network
  • Stripe, which processes payments
  • Cloudflare, which hosts the service and protects it from automated traffic
  • PlanetScale, which hosts the database that stores account, call, and payment records
  • Resend, which sends and receives our email
  • PostHog, which supplies product analytics
  • Sentry, which collects error reports
  • Google or Apple, only when you use them to sign in

The phone network and the person that you call receive the data that a phone call needs, such as the number that you call.

We also disclose data when a law or a valid legal order requires it, or when it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of a person.

4. Cookies and browser storage

We use the cookies and the browser storage that the service needs: to keep you signed in, to remember your last sign-in method and your last country, and to keep a number that you typed before you signed in. Our analytics provider also stores an identifier in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your account data until you delete your account.

We keep call and payment records for as long as tax, accounting, and fraud prevention laws require, also after you delete your account. When we can, we remove the data that identifies you from these records.

6. Where we process your data

We and our providers process data in the United States and in other countries. When we move data out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we use the safeguards that the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

The law of your country or state can give you these rights:

  • To get a copy of your personal data
  • To correct data that is wrong
  • To delete your data, which you can also do when you delete your account in the settings
  • To object to a use of your data, or to limit it
  • To receive your data in a format that another service can read

To use a right, write to legal@suparelay.app from the email address of your account. We answer in 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and providers with good security practices. No service is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your data.

9. Changes to this policy

We can update this policy. We publish the new policy on this page with a new date. If a change is important, we also tell you by email or in the app.
